14. At term, the licence is renewed automatically and free of charge for the same term, unless the Minister gives a notice to the contrary to its holder in the 90 days preceding the expiry date of the licence.

In addition, the Minister is authorized to revoke the licence if its holder does not comply with the conditions set out therein, with the legislative and regulatory provisions which come under the administration of the Minister of Sustainable Development, Environment and Parks or if the holder does not comply with the provisions of any authorization issued under any of those provisions for the work or structure for which the licence was issued.
